yes it will, probably not at max settings but mid-high settings should be fine

the recommended is a 8600gts so it will run it pretty good

Did you runt the test ?
It will show you well , where your processor , ram and graphics card stand.

By the way, a 8600 gts is faster than 9600 gt.
I had an 9600 gt, i use hawk one one medium settings.
My guess it should run , but not on max settings.
