Approximate Purchase Date: Within the next 1-2 weeks.

Budget Range: $1000-$1100

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Music.

Parts Not Required: Monitor, keyboard, mouse.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Would like Tigerdirect.com just cause I have to pay tax on newegg.com

Country of Origin: United States

Parts Preferences: Would like a i5 but kinda pricey for me. So might go with a AMD

Overclocking: No (none at all, ever).

SLI or Crossfire: Would like to before Christmas.

Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080

Building another pc soon. Want the thermaltake spedo case. Would like ATI over nvidia. So all inputs and builds welcome. Kinda stuck at this point and no Overclocking so the stock HSF is just fine.

^ With newegg combos, I guess it might come down to the same price or even less,...
How much tax do you have to pay ?

10% if i remember right. There is a warehouse here in TN so guess state tax which is 10%

Hmm, but anyways why not check a build from both Tigerdirect and newegg, see how much they both cost and then make the purchase...
From what I have seen, newegg are cheaper and also have very good combos...

newegg - ~$280 | $308 including 10% tax, whereas at tigerdirect it is about $315 in total...

And ATI is going to launch newer cards within this month, so you might want to check those out...
As for the case, you want only the Speedo ? $200 out of a 1K build might cut corners somewhere else...So check out other new cases too,...

well I really liked the spedo but was thinking the NZXT Phantom, or Silverstone Raven RV02 case want a full tower. But I have a build on tigerdirect right now for AMD but would love to get a i5 if I can.

^ Then list that AMD build here, we will see if anything can be improved upon, also as for the i5, for gaming I doubt you would notice any significant difference in performance...
