Old HDD in a new PC

Hello, I'm building a new PC and I was wondering if it was possible to remove Windows 7 from my old HDD that's in my old computer and put that HDD into my new PC while keeping everything else on there? Thanks.

No. You cannot remove Windows from the drive and keep everything. You need to save all your data, you will have to do a new install.
