Would these work together?

So I'm looking to build a new extremely low budget system to replace my old Dell Dimension 4700, however I don't know the finer points of computer components. With that said would the following parts function properly together?

These will be used with the appropriate RAM, a Nvidia EVGA 9500gt video card, a single HD, and a Linksys wireless network adapter. I'm not sure about what type of case I'll be using as my friend has one for me but I haven't seen it yet.

Ehh your psu might be pushing it though, its recommended 350w for your 9500gt. But if your gonna be right at the border you need to get a good brand name.

The reason why I'm getting such a low watt PSU is simply due to the fact that currently I'm using the stock 305 watt PSU of my 4700 and I haven't run across any problems yet.
