I want to give me pc tower unit away or maybe sell it to a pawn shop
but the problem is the current windows program needs to be reintalled
as its got a fatal error. I know have a laptop and i was wondering if
there was any way to use that as a monitor so i can fix the tower and
sell it.

Surely you know someone with a working desktop who can let you use
their monitor for the install.
