Can I flash my BIOS using TinyXP?

I currently own one of these motherboards: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=2847#bios

The BIOS flasher is only 32 bit compatible, and I need to update it. When I ran 32 bit Vista, the flasher crashed, so I figured I'd try again when I got 7 64 bit. When I did so, the flasher said that I need a 32 bit OS, or a 64 bit program. As far as I can tell, there exists no 64 bit program to flash my BIOS. The power of Google said that @BIOS might work, but I'm not sure if I should trust it. I don't have a floppy drive on hand, but then I had an idea.

TinyXP as far as I know, is a 32 bit stripped down version of XP. Would it be possible for me to boot into TinyXP, and launch the BIOS updating program from there, or could it damage something? (I'd be booting TinyXP off of a CD)

Would either TinyXP or @BIOS work, and if not, is there any other way I can update my BIOS using Windows 7 64 bit?

I used @BIOS a few months ago on that Windows 7 64bit and it worked like a charm for a GA-965P-DS3 motherboard.

This comes directly from Gigabyte website:
@BIOS

OS:Windows XP 32bit,Windows XP 64bit,Windows Vista 32bit,Windows Vista 64bit,Windows 7 32bit,Windows 7 64bit,Windows 98,Windows Me,Windows 2000
