Computer Upgrade Help

I am looking to upgrade my computer for my birthday. I have a $600 limit after GST and Delivery. The online store i am getting my parts from is the best in australia - http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php
The parts i am looking at getting are as follows
Gigabyte ATI Radeon HD5770 Super Overclock Edition
Thermaltake V3 Black Edition with 450W
AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition
Asus M4A78LT-M-LE Motherboard
Corsair CMP4GX3M2A1600C9 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3
As you can see i need ram, a case with a min 450 power supply, cpu and mobo. After gst and delivery all this comes to $579.
If i could change any of these parts for a better upgrade and keep it still under $600 please help me. And i am only getting it from that shop.

Get the 960 form AMD.

That motherboard only supports 95w processors.

For $10-15 more grab one of the ASRock 880 motherboards, they support up to 125w and can run the Phenomx6 should you ever upgrade down the road. Personally I'd grab the one with usb3

Sure it is compatible. The 1090t is just 40 bucks more. Worth it.

wow thats cool, the processor i have atm is a dual core athlon at 2.7ghz. if i get the processor im looking at is it actually like 3x better lol and also the gpu i was looking at is it good? or is there a better nvidia one for around the same price?

Whatever you are doing. preferably ATI, because nVIDIA GPU's don't always agree with AMD CPU's.

well is there any better than the hd 5770 for around same price? note the hd 5770 is super overclocked
