Oem boards by dell, hp, gateway have simple bios with few if any adjustments. They aren't designed for overclocking or upgrading. Newegg closes out older boards with out of date chipsets that don't have the latest devices such as usb 3.0 or sata 6.0 support. They work ok if you don't want to pay for the newer features. For many boards, speed isn't affected much by the board itself. It's a combination of the hardrive, video card, and whether you overclock the cpu.
