Revised budget gaming build

Hey everyone. I posted several days ago with a budget gaming build that I thought was pretty good. Though I got many comments that I should not build around my wolfdale e6500 and instead cut back on the case and other things so I can upgrade my cpu. So after spending several hours on newegg and trying to combine all the combos and discounts I could, I came up with this revision. I already have a gtx 260, hard drive and a cd drive so those parts are not included. Any feedback is appreciated.

Case and CPU combo

PSU and Mobo combo with a 10% additional discount for the mobo AND another 10% discount for the psu

Ram

Heatsink with an additional matching fan for a push pull

I also am planning on ordering 2 more matching blue LED fans for the top of the case, then I will move the black top fan to the side bottom slot since the heatsink will not let me use the top side fan slot.

  1. a note on your motherboard: it has no on-board graphics. do you have a card to put in there or do you plan to buy one?

if so, fine. if not, consider the 880 or 785.

    a 785 board:

As I mentioned in my post above, I have a gtx 260.

that looks like a decent build to me. i didn't really look too closely at the hardware, but the phenom x2 should perform well. the 260 is definitely getting on in years. do you plan on replacing it any time soon?
