my toshiba system is not detecting my moserbaer 8gb pen drive but other system is detecting it aND OTHER PEN DRIVE ARE READABLE IN MY SYSTEM.

It might be due to your anti-virus. Disable your antivirus and then try to plug-in your pendrive. If it still fails to detect your pendrive then try it in safe mode.
