Which graphics card would be better?

I am planning on buying a graphics card and cant decide between a GeForce GT 240 1 GB DDR3 or a Radeon HD 5450. which one is better?
i'm planning to use them for gaming such as empire total war.

Between those two, the GT 240 is by FAR better. What does the rest of your system look like? What is your budget. There may be far better options for you.

From what I'm seeing your computer comes with a 220w power supply which is quite poor. You may be able to run an HD5570 on it but I couldn't say for sure. You would be best off replacing it. What is the native resolution of your monitor?

Can you spend a bit more for a new PSU as well? This card for $100 would be fantastic for your resolution;

That looks like a small form factor PC that will only take low profile card with very little space around the slot in top of the case. A HD5570 like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102875 would fit the bill.

Ah, didn't notice that. Yeah, an HD5570 is going to be your best choice then. Might be pushing that PSU more than is optimal but it will probably be ok.

I'd still recommend the Power Supply upgrade along with the 5570 on the basis of future-proofing, The Corsair PSU isn't the best out there, but atleast you will have SOME options when upgrading in future.

That Corsair will not fit in the case.

It seems that if you search 'Mini itx power supply' via newegg.com the biggest PSU they can supply is 300W, might be able to get those graphics cards to work with this amount(although sfaik the recommend will be around the 350~400w mark)

An HD5670 would be alright on a 300w.

From the pics it doesn't look like the stock PSU is removed that easily. You have to watch it with replacing those units they are not all universal.

I say the most you can do is a 5570.
