Vengeance1866mhz questions

so ive had the ram for a while and have a few questions:

1) how do i manage to get it to 1866mhz without overclocking my amd1090t on my formula 4
2) what timings would be good to get out of 1866mhz ram
3) or should i just keep it at 1600mhz and work on better timings

the main use for my rig is gaming so what would be better for gaming in this case timings or ramping the speed up?
