Pc would mainly for downloading big files and music production, im not much of a gamer,might get into video editing aswell, have a mega amount of songs to put on it aswell, havnt got these parts yet just researching, money is not really a concern, just want good performance.

No point spending the same money on an X58 system, don't need that psu and 12gb ram.
1st psu is non modular, 2nd is same unit but modular last one is best Gold rated but more expensive.
If you don't do a lot of gaming you could save some money with a 768mb card.

With no gaming involved, pick up a cheap GT240 or HD5670. Run the whole thing on a $45 380W Antec Earthwatts if you'll have no more than 4 hard drives (plus an optical), otherwise you'll need something bigger just for the connectors.

Overkill on the PSU. A 380W Antec Earthwatts is all that system needs.
