Low Profile case vs. Non-low profile case

What are the exact measurements width wise for a case that supports ONLY low profile? Also, what about the case that supports "standard" width video cards, etc.

The cases width differs, it's more about the size of the bracket that can be used in the case. This is a longer normal bracket (on the card)

But this particular card has also a low profile bracket for smaller cases seen in the pic
