Switch to raid1 from non-raid disk containing Win and Linux

How to set linux for the below situation?

What I did so far is the following:
1. set the raid mode in BIOS
2. reboot to enter the win7
3. update the drivers for RAID for windows, in principle installed the "intel rapid storage technology" soft.
4. then using RST to create a raid1 volume with keeping the data on one disk( the other disk is new and empty)
5. now the system is migrating the data

By the way since it takes very long time to do the migrating for the 1.5T hard drive, I reboot the computer once. It boot normally, the BIOS intel matrix storage manager shows my disks are in migrating status. the GRUB runs normal and it allows me to start windos again. I can also enter linux at this time. But in linux it still shows me two disks, so I don't think linux figure the raid volume though it can run normally.

Now I reboot to start windows to finish the migrating. So after that what should I do to Linux to config RAID 1?
The goal is to let the two system both run well on the raid 1 disks.

Thanks!
