DRAM_LED light is on even without RAM in the mobo

Turned my PC on and got a black screen, noticed light was on, tried booting with 1 stick (tried this with both) I reset my bios and everything, so I turned it on without any RAM in it at all. Why is this happening?

What motherboard are you using, what RAM, what PSU...

I just reseated the processor. Still get the light when it's in. I take the processor out, turn it on, the RAM light turns off but the CPU light goes on.

are you able to access the BIOS at all with any memory configuration?

If not they are probably bad RAM sticks, contact RAM Manufacturer.

I can't access BIOS at all because my monitor doesn't even get a signal. I turn it on and nothing.

Try reseating your video card or changing the socket your video card is plugged into.
