Upgrade's for my system

Hello I was hoping for a little bit of help I am looking to start upgrading my Motherboard and Ram

I am running.
Board: ASUS M3N78-PRO
CPU: AMD PhenomII x4 965BE CPU
RAM: Kingston HyperX Dual Channel 4096MB PC8500

I am looking to change to
Borad: ASUS M4A89GTD PRO
Ram: Kingston KHX1600C9D3B1K2/8GX

The main resion I am looking upgrade is for the Sata 3 and usb 3 so I can have lager hdd's if any one has any insite on this board or ram if it is any good let me know I have been looking at other DDR3 as well just happend the ram is on sale atm so why I was picking it.

got the new board and ram it is all working vary well only issue now is need to get the new hdd's lol
