I already have:
1 TB HDD, Windows 7 Ultimate,mice and keyboard, speakers

Does this look ok? (I have 50 extra $$ to spend if you guys can think of a much needed upgrade or something)

Here's some recommendations:
RAM: ■Mushkin Enhanced Blackline 4GB -$90-
PSU: ■SeaSonic S12II 520W -$75-

Nvidia and ATI could likely get into a price war within the next few weeks, might be able to pick up a more powerful graphics card soon. I know Nvidia was speaking of dropping prices on the 460 GTX, and ATI is about to launch a new series of cards which would lower the price on some of their existing cards.

Just something to keep in mind.

Like dassox said prices will be dropping. You should probably wait...if not heres my suggestion.
