Minimum PSU for i7 970 setup

I am planning to upgrade my existing mATX platfrom with EVGA X58 SLI Micro motherboard, Intel i7-970 CPU. Looking to reuse as much of my existing platform as possible. I currently have an Antec Earthwatts 500 (EA-500D) PSU, is this sufficient or do I need to consider upgrading? I am running:

1 - ASUS 1.3 Slim AV card
1 - 500GB Boot Drive
1 - Barracuda 1.5TB 32MB 3.5" HDD
1 - GeForce GTS250 Graphics Card
6 - GB Corsair Dominator DDR3
Windows 7

Graphics card upgrade will be next, but would like to play with above set-up to determine if/what further upgrades are needed.

The 500w is good for i7-970 as well, even with the higher TDP.

Raidur, thanks for the confirmation. No, a friend was looking to unload the X58 motherboard. Decided to take him up on his offer.
