Hp vista to win7

I have an existing Seagate 250 GB hardrive from a windows vista formatted HP Pav. I plugged it into a new win7 build. The data seems to be there but unreadable. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Unreadable there are no file extensions (.jpg)
