Is it worth upgrading to Radeon HD 4850?

Hello. I'm looking at buying a new graphics card, since I just fried my old 8600gt, but I'm wondering if it is even worth upgrading this computer. Here are my specs.

My problem is only 250w power supply.. and everything else really lol. Since I don't have Pcie 2.0 will it make much difference?

I was looking at getting the Radeon HD 4850.

With this psu, since I'm going cheap..

Any suggestions would be grealtly appreciated.

More about worth upgrading radeon 4850
  1. You can extend its lifespan a little, your upgrades will work. Here is a great deal on similar performing card from a different source
  2. Part of the reason that PSU is so cheap is because BFG no longer exists, you do not get warranty support from a company in liquidation so if it shows up DOA or dies any time you have yourself a brick.

I would suggest this unit instead, its $10 more after rebate
  3. Thanks alot for the replies! I will be going with both suggestions. Your help is greatly appreciated!

Just need keep this comp going a lil longer. I plan on a custom build around black friday :D.
