Msi 970a-g45 freezes

just put together my first computer and everything booted up fine except on random occasions it freezes. i believe its the mobo. reviews on newegg said some had bios issues bbut i ran live update 5 and it sayes mine is up to date. could it have settings wrong in bios that i would have to manually change? if so what would they be.

Also when its freezing. i can still use my mouse but i cant click on anything it just stays loading

Go and actually physically download the BIOS off the website

sometimes the live updates don't always pick up BIOS updates
