Hello,
Please help.
I'm planing to upgrade my RAM from 4GB to 8GB and run it in dual channel.
My mother board is: P8H61M-LE/USB3
http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_1155/P8H61M_LEUSB3/#specifications
My current RAM is KVR1333D3N9/4G
http://www.ec.kingston.com/ecom/configurator_new/partsinfo.asp?root=us&LinkBack=http://www.kingston.com&ktcpartno=KVR1333D3N9/4G
Will it be fine to run two identical model of that RAM in dual channel?
This confused me:
http://www.ec.kingston.com/ecom/configurator_new/modelsinfo.asp?SysID=70933&root=us&LinkBack=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.kingston.com&Capacity=Capacity&Speed=Speed&DIMM=DIMM&ErrCheck=ErrCheck&Rank=Rank&Chip=Chip
Is it required to buy manufacturer's kit of 2 model in order to run 8GB in dual channel?
Please help.
