Compatibility issue

i have PIV 2.66 processor. My question is : My mother board has damaged. If i want to change my motherboard what is the compatible mother board now in market. ? may i loses processor or something else ?
And also i want to change my motherboard with Intel 945 chip set then what can i do ?
PLEASE HELP ............

usually pentium processor can be installed in socket PGA-478,so you can buy a new motherboard,generally zebronics,mercury some kind of 945 boards are available in the market,which price around Rs1850-2200. so,buy it ,good luck
