If you're talking about UT and not UT2003 or UT2004 then you could
click the Tools menu then Time Demo Statistics. The statistics
will appear in the upper right hand side of the window while you
are in the game. I'm not quite sure how this would work in UT2003
or UT2004 though.

happy benchmarking (mine is 60-80fps)
