Case's top fan haf/cooler master

hello I don't know if my questions answer is simple,thats why i am here actually)
so i have a case,it has a real big fan on the top of it and consumes 12v and my power supply is not powerful.Shall this fan work or is it ok if i stop it?I think the fan working in the back is a must have but the heated air must already go above without a fan.What do you think?

The fan uses very little power and is hardly going to make or break the PSU. This 200mm fan uses 8.4 watts http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
If you are running that close to the limit, it is time for a new PSU.
