Can the CoolerMaster Hyper 101 fit into the In Win Griffin case without me having to remove the 220mm fan on the left panel, because some people seem to have problems fitting big cpu fans in this particular case.

What is the height of the Heatsink? What is the width of the case?

The CPU fan is 83.5 x 68 x 117 mm and the case is 19.61" x 7.09" x 16.30"

but idk if the dimensions of the case include the included 220mm fan on the left panel, do case manufacturers usually include the case's included fans in the dimensions?

Usually there is about 1" or 2.545 cm worth of space. You should be fine.
