Recent Upgraded GPU Causing Problems..

I recently upgraded my old GPU and brought a new GPU (GTX 460 1GB)..

Anyways, I've noticed that my monitor keeps "fuzzying" and becoming "shakey", I am wondering if that Would be my monitor trying to tell me if It cannot handle the new card? or rather it is just about to die out?

In a sense.. Yes, however it tends to distort text slightly by it becoming fuzzy and shakey as well

Yes, Yes, Yes and V-sync is off..

Is 1440x900 res too low for the card in use?
