Configuration for running sql

i want a proper system configuration for running SQL,MSOffice ,MS Excel..etc,and probably work with that online too.Prompt answer would be appreciated.

MS Excel is part of MS Office so no need to mention both. For SQL, you mean SQL Server? And by "working online" what do you mean, web browsing?
