I'm just about to order all the parts I need to build my new computer from Newegg.ca. There are still two things I can't figure out however : motherboard and memory.

Since I'm on a very tight budget, I am considering this motherboard : http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128419
As for RAM, I thought that these looked interesting for their price : http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231275&cm_re=ripjaws_1333-_-20-231-275-_-Product OR (is there a difference?) http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231276&cm_re=ripjaws_1333-_-20-231-276-_-Product

Problem is, after looking at the compatibility charts from both Gigabyte and G.Skill, I cannot confirm that these 2 items will be compatible together. I really don't know if that's a big deal as I don't have much experience with building computers myself. In the event that these wouldn't be compatible, could someone suggest me another similarly priced 4gb (2x2) 1333 RAM package ?

Thank you very much.
Arthan.

Either ram should work in the motherboard. The second one has slightly faster timings but will not be noticeable in general use.
