GA-Z68XP-UD3P Memory Issues

I've just finished building my new computer and I'm running into issues with my memory. In the BIOS I've got the frequency set on 1866mhz, which it even auto detects. However, whenever I'm running Gigabyte EasyTune (which I've since removed) or running a 3d Mark test, it says my ram is only running at 800mhz. I'm out of ideas since everything looks fine in the BIOS. My only thought is that there's a compatibility issue, but I wouldn't think it would even work if that was the case.

Any suggestions?

Here's my setup:
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900) F3-14900CL9D-8GBXL
GIGABYTE GA-Z68XP-UD3P
MSI R6950 Twin Frozr III PE/OC Radeon HD 6950 2GB
Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz

Thanks

If it says your ram is running 800mhz, then that means it must be set in bios to 1600mhz, not 1866.

800mhz x 2 (DDR(double data rate)= 1600mhz

Make sure to check the voltage and timings are correct too. If the voltage isn't right, it might default to a lower speed every time you boot.

The memory specs are on a sticker on the dimm's themselves. It should be 1866mhz/9-10-9-28/1.5v
