Homebuild Geforce GTX 275 stops boot up

Forum Systems : New Build Homebuild Geforce GTX 275 stops boot up

Hi all,

Newbie doing 1st homebuild.

Set up:

Gigabyte 965P-DQ6 mobo
Coolermaser GX 750 PSU
ZOTAC Geforce GTX 275 GPU
OCZ 2 x 1GB PC2 6400 RAM
Core 2 Duo E6300 1.86Ghz

Issue: Boot up power fine without GPU.

Once I add the GPU, it powers up, fans spin, then after 4 secs restarts again... etc.

Know the the mobo is fine by itself, and with the RAM. Guess BIOS doesn't like something.

Is it a defective GPU, compatibility issue, or something wrong with my set up?

All help welcomed.

Have taken BIOS battery out etc to reset.

Doh. Solved. Remove sticker. Connect PSU into the plugs.
