Doing some upgrading, and the motherboard is the one area I'm not sure about. I've got 5 that I'm looking at, but I'm unsure which one, if any, are better, or if there is a good one I'm missing. I'm getting an Intel i5-2500k, and will this PSU work with all of the motherboards I'm listing? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

I need the 4 RAM slots, as I've got 4 sticks of 1GB in my system already, and I really don't want to buy new RAM. The board needs to be a microATX one, as I"m putting it into a midtower case. I've got a PCI-E card in my system, so I'm just going to swap it. The motherboard in there already has a different rear IO panel shield. I can just pop off the old one, and install the new shield, right? This is the first time I'm doing this large of an overhaul.

The motherboards I'm looking at.

Thanks in advance, and I'm willing to answer any and all questions.

EDIT: I'm most likely going with the ASUS one, but I'm still looking for verification that everything will play nice together, and I'm not buying a crap product.

I recommend the ASUS and the Gigabyte boards due to personal preference and experience. From those two you can choose from whichever brand you like better.
