The obvious way is to scan the negstive and then manipulate the
resultant image in your image editing program to look the way you
want.
I don't use Photoshop, but a program called Photopaint (it is part of
the Coreldraw suite) and it has an effect to tranform the image into
negative.
It can also add the orange/red caste that colour negs have as on of
the options.
