More about please advice build finalize
  1. Too much premium going from 8/8 to 16/16 CF for too little gains for me so
    $667 base build

    swapping CPU/RAM for 1055T + 4GB Mushkins
    $55 top up

    Top up for a HD 6870 $60

    $782 in total (1055T + HD 6870)

    HD 6000 single/CF review

Stick to air cooling and SSD as cherry on the cake so under

    Optional Items

60GB Sandforce based SSD $113AR Free Ship

    Scythe YASYA cooler $35

  2. will the processor be enough for transcoding with convertxtodvd, the dual core i have right now takes 45min-1hr to transcode a 700mb avi file to dvd. So speed is somewhat of great importance
  3. Sure 1055T unlike 1090T may not have unlocked multi but OCs just as well ^^
  4. do u think that will be better than an i7 930 build
  5. Best answer
if you are buying from newegg then why go for the i7 930 when the i7 950 is going so cheap?

    i7 950 vs x6 1090T

    i7 950 price
  6. the consideration for the i7 930 is the overclocking
  7. so any1 have any other opinions or recommendations im very open to anything
ok so am looking into alot of different configurations so just tell me what u think or let me know where im going wrong

  8. the i7 950 overclocks just as well as the i7 930, and did you read the reviews on the cpu cooler batuchka suggested, it even outperforms the coolermaster v10 and the scythe is $35
