IR interface on HTPC

I was looking at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811163076 to serve as the case for my upcoming HTPC build. Infrared input is an absolute necessity as this HTPC will be in a A/V closet and controlled by a harmony 890 pro via IR blasters.

Can anyone tell me how the IR receiver connects to the motherboard? Is it USB? I ask because I had planned to use an ASUS p8p67 pro for the board, but it doesn't have a dedicated IR interface header. So unless the IR receiver connects using a "generic" plug (such as USB), then I'm back to the drawing board.

thanks

Yes, that case has a standard iMon display and it connects to a USB header on the motherboard. No need for an IR receiver plug on the board.

Nice case BTW.

Excellent, thank you.

I really dig that case. But I've also wasted all morning on the Silverstone website drooling over the touch screen displays. God I love overkill!
