Help With ~$1000 first build, gaming

Good day all, I've been lurking and researching here for a while and I think I'm finally ready to take the plunge. Any help with deals out there or the compatibility and quality of what I have so far would be greatly appreciated!

Approximate Purchase Date: This coming week

Budget Range: I would like to keep it as close to $1000 cdn as possible.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, surfing the net, some photoshop. Will be playing WoW xpac, sc2, Diablo 3, and maybe crisis just to check out the graphics and push this rig a bit

Parts Not Required: Keyboard, mouse and monitor.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg.ca seems to have the best prices... I would go with anyone reputable if they were cheaper.

Overclocking: My thoughts were to OC in a year or two when I have the time to research it and need the extra horsepower.

SLI or Crossfire: Again I was thinking this could be a good option for expandability?

I'll be honest i'm not sure since they have implemented a new pricematch system in the last week.
I've never used the new system.I'm pretty sure you have to do it for each item and they'll e-mail you.
I'll make it easier for you though if you just want to use Ncix prices for the same components.
The price difference isn't much maybe $10 at most.
Pick a gpu and maybe just pricematch the OS and cooler for sure.

It's definitely not for instore only purchases.
I used the old pricematch system for two online ordered builds.
They probably changed the old system because it most likely required full-time people verifying links all day long.
I think you're making it more complicated then it is.
Pricematch each cheaper component from competitors.
wait for e-mail confirmation.
it's all copy and paste from then on when you're filling the cart.

ok i just did a dry run and the old pricematch system is still intact.
look at the whole page! Pricematch
pick the item from NCIX add it to your cart and pricematch it with the links i provided.

I think what's wiggin me out is that they do not update your "new" price on the site, so you have to calc yourself and also trust that they will put the right price in. I may try phoning in the order.
