Is my PSU good enough?

My computer specs

CPU: Intel Core i7 930 oc'ed @ 3.8ghz
CPU Cooler: Corsair A70
GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD 5870
RAM: 12GB Mushkin Enhanced 1333mhz
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-X58-USB3
HDD: 1 x 1TB Hitachi HDD
Optical: Lite-on DVD-RW
4 x 120mm case fans
1 x 140mm case fan

My PSU is an OCZ 700W ModXStream 80+ Certified. Speaking from experience, do you think this PSU is powerful enough to last a couple years with my build?
