Please help im desperate (No Sound)

k so i downloaded and ran 3dmark vantage when i opend it and ran it it changed some of my settings now i have no sound and in my sound devices it shows my graphics card amd hdmi output which is what i always use but it says its not plugged in but clearly.... it is please help me i finaly got 1 issue fixed now i have this i cant take it anymore im loseing my lust for comp's lol

just something for you to try till someone who knows more than I do... Have you tried updating your sound drivers? It may help...if nothing else you will have elimated that as a possible solution.

just read your post more clearly... have you tried updating your graphics drivers?
