Gigabyte M68MT-S2P or Asrock 760GM-GS3?

Hello everybody! I'm looking to build a new budget pc, and i was wondering which of the following mobos should I choose:

or

Both mobos support my cpu/ram/gpu, i was just wondering which is better.

Generally the Gigabyte or Asus boards are the best quality.

I have seen quite a few issues with the ASRock boards over the last few weeks, so I personally would steer away from them and stick with Asus or Gigabyte
