9800 GT , GT240 or GTS250?

The more I read, the more confused I seem to get. I am looking to upgrade my aging video card, but I am on a tight budget. I found several cards in the $60 - $70 range, but I am not sure which might be best.
Computer info: XS400, 2.8 processor, 2G ram, 375 PSU. Primary use is gaming, and I am hoping that the new card will run the new Final Fantasy coming out soon. The cards are EVGA 9800GT with 512 - DDR3, EVGA GT240 512 - DDR5 ( 2 models ?), Galaxy GT240 512 - DDR5, and a Galaxy GTS250 512- DDR3. Any advice will be appriciated.

GTS250 is the most powerful card. It should run on your Dell 375watt PSU since it has a strong +12 volt rail

Can you explain the advantages the GTS250 has over the other 2?
