Try going to the Windows Start Menu-Control Panel-Administrative Tools-System Configuration.
In that go to Boot-Advanced Options
Un-Check Maximum Memory if it is checked and shows a value there.
Then run Windows Experience Index Again and post the results here again.
It's called a Computer...... According to Charles Babbage..... Garbage In = Garbage Out...
That's why it needed that little nudge to tell it to use all the available RAM.....
