Final Fantasy XIV question

I can run this game on my ATI radeon 3870 but it lags just a lil bit and takes a lil bit for the stuff to show up and i have a Amd x2 4400+ woould this mean i need a better graphics card OR a better cpu the graphix look awsome and all just that happens ne idea and if so what shud i get thanks -Icee
