Well its time to get a new PC and i was seeking any advice on this system

What's your system usage? Seeing as you've gone with a GTX 470, I'll assume there'll be some gaming involved.

For a 1366/x58 system you should get a triple channel 6GB RAM kit (3X2GB) for gaming - $125 CORSAIR XMS3 6GB (3 x 2GB) DDR3 1600 C7

For video rendering/photo editing, you'll prolly need at least a 12GB (3X4GB) kit - CORSAIR XMS 12GB (3 x 4GB) DDR3 2000 (PC3 16000)

The rest of your specs looks pretty stellar.
