I am wondering what to get as the sapphire is only £10 more however it has 512mb less memory.

Will be on a 23" 1920x1080p LG monitor/tv.

Phenom 9850 Black edition Quadcore processor.
Currently Have 2x2gb 1066 Mhz DDR2 RAM, however contemplating upgrading MOBO to support 1666Mhz DDR3.

Any ideas?

What is your current specs? PSU? Graphic card?
Upgrading mobo? If yes, then consider upgrade your CPU too...

No graphics card at the moment, as I got rid, that's why I'm looking to buy
700 watt Arctic PSU
320gb WD HDD

But I am thinking of upgrading the Mobo and Ram for the time being, sticking to the processor (student budget) and getting a mid range graphics. Just not really sure what graphics cards offer the best performance for the price, bare in mind I have a 23 inch full HD tv?

it was a really low end one, nearly as good as onboard graphic, was given to me, something like a Asus HD 4350 512MB DDR2.

The extra memory on the 4670 is practically useless since just about any situation that shows a significant benefit with 1GB is still too slow to be comfortable on that card (like 5fps vs 10fps). The 512MB of the 4670 is slightly better since it has faster memory speeds, but anyway.....

The 5670 is alot better and worth the extra money. Still, for the price you would be much better off getting a 9800GT or 4770. If you can spend a little more than a 512MB GTS 250 or 4850 would be alot better.

Eeewww hypermemory if you see any card that has this feature AVOID it!!!!!! I can't tell you how many issues these cards have and the same for Nvidia turbocache which it the same thing. It will make your system slow since it steals system ram. Vista and Win7 are somewhat unstable with this feature. If do any thing else get any thing else but cards that have that feature.
