I would like to get a case that has 4 USB's in front and cooling adjustments. Any suggestions?
I am also going to use the Intel i7-2600K. Should I Use Intel or the EVO motherboard?

If you buy the P8P67 Deluxe it comes with a front usb box that will fit any case, otherwise to utilise a front usb3 port you will need to buy a case that supports it.

The Zalman case is ok but I would also look at the Antec 300/902, HAF 922/932, they will provide better cooling.

Lose the Rosewill and get this it will cover you for a 2nd GTX460 also.

Apparantly the Wd drives have to have RE in their model number to be suitable for RAID, otherwise get Samsungs.

Without knowing what you use the computer for and whether or not you need a crossfire/sli motherboard or if you need hyperthreading, nobody can make any kind of educated recommendation on cpu or motherboard.
