Shutdown and restart

I have intel D845
I am facing a problem that when i shutdown it automatically restarts?

Hello, and welcome to THG.

I would say there is an electrical problem. Either the OS see that you have restarted or there is something wrong in the computer itself. I would try to disconnect the power cord, go into the Computer system itself,( be careful not to touch anything on the motherboard), ad remove the power connector to the power on button and the motherboard. Reconnect it, power it on, and try to restart the system.

This problem is normally caused by a BIOS setting such as “power up on network activity” or similar, normally found in the power management section of the BIOS.
