New build

I am new at all this. I would like to build a new PC for gaming mostly. I would like to see what systems that you all can come up with for me. Keep in mind i dont want to spend to much on it. I just want to start out playing games like the new Call of Duty Black Opps. Thanks hope to here some good ideas.
