Fan not working

hi every one i have a nvidia geforce 8600 gt super and Iam getting (heatsink or fan overheating) message poping up when playing on line games.
I have found that it is my graphic card fan thats not working i have cleaned it but still fan not turning. so my question is can i replace my fan on my card.
