Upgrading Video Card- $ 50-100

Hello,
I am a complete newb to video cards. I have a stock Dell Dimension 9200, 3GB Ram, Centrino D (Dual Core) Processor at 2.8ghz. 350watt power supply, and windows XP.

Older card was Nvidia GeForce LE: http://www.nvidia.com/page/geforce_7300.html


Its an older machine, and I want to upgrade a video card. I also want to play starcraft two.

I am trying to decide between:

I can not tell that there is much difference, other than the price. Any suggestions?

Go with the second one,its cheaper and it has GDDR5 memory.
